Ok so I bought the dented IG-88 droid head. I saw some <a href='http://pics.hardcoreblogs.net/'>pics</a> posted with the cool buffs it gives. (but not the bad ones)
What I didnt realise is that it gives out some debuffs <a href='http://against.pornographyblogs.com/'>against</a> the user.
Heres what Ive seen so far. Ive listed it by the # of times Ive tried it so far:
1-Assisted Aim: -300 to opponents block and parry. +300 to opponents dodge(yes a plus). -300 to user to land glancing blow
2-Electrification: debuffs user -1000 pts to bypass armor basically making you land trivial hits for 30 seconds
4-Energy and Kinetic armor modified by 5000. Ranged and Melee chance for user to receive glancing blow by 50%
6-Electrification: Modify movement speed. Basically it snares you for 60 seconds. PAS breaks it.
If you want to loot this and play around with it then I guess thats ok. Do not spend the <a href='http://money.adultwebmasterblogs.net/'>money</a> to buy this thinking it is great addition to hunting. It can be handy if you pull a good buff when activating but you are taking your chances. It would be great for a spy I think because you could cloak if you pull a bad buff. Yes basically it takes their block and turns it into dodge. (trades 300 for another 300). I practiced with the snare buff and at least PAS breaks it. The buff where you land trivial hits is the real killer. I like the other <a href='http://stuff.adultwebmasterblogs.net/'>stuff</a> alot though. I wish this thing didnt debuff the user. It would be awesome for hunting.
I don't mind it was thinking of using this on my BH but chose my jedi instead. I think they put the debuffs in the buff cycle so that its not a "you must have" item. Funny thing is having a jedi with the BH bubble and getting tells saying *I Don't Understand* etc

arent the buffs it gives reactive to your situation ?
so with almost 0 health and action you'll get the +9k health+action heal if getting beaten up badly its the BH shields and if youre fighting nothing ot cl1 npc's for loot without your health being damaged etc then the debuffs ?
please post some <a href='http://info.adultwebmasterblogs.net/'>info</a> on your situation when you get each buff as everyone i know with these is sure the buffs are <a href='http://totally.freepornblogs.net/'>totally</a> reactive and you can always predict what it will give depending on adversity...

Simple solution activate your buff before engaging in combat. If you pull a bad buff don't engage.

The buff cycle is completely random popped it at different times in and not in ocmbat and I get the same buffs. Had the shield buff pop while on my jetpack and in a duel against a jedi (on my jedi) had the targeting assistance buff go off during PvP & during just using it to use it. It's random
I did come up with one other thought on how this device might be put to some good use.
Ive been thinking about using it when snared by a jedi and on the loosing end of a fight. That way it wont matter if you pull a snare debuff or a trivial hit debuff since youre going to lose anyway. But if you pull one of the other buffs it might be enough to actually win. Just a thought.
I dont think Ill be using it on a routine basis. It leaves too much to chance.
